We’ve put a lot of care into designing MeadowLab’s foundation, and now we’re excited to bring it to life with our first group of families. Joining us at the start means being part of a small, close-knit community from day one. Through our regular parents’ gatherings and our WhatsApp community, we’ll share the journey, hear your ideas, and shape the school together as our kids grow.

Tuition will be around $30,000 a year. Our founding families are helping us shape MeadowLab in its first year, so they'll get a special founding rate. We'll share full details, payment plans, and the founding rate with interested families before enrollment opens.

We know tuition is a big decision for every family, and we want MeadowLab to be within reach for families who share our values. We consider financial aid on a case-by-case basis, so if cost is a concern, reach out to us at hello@meadowlab.org and we’ll talk it through together.

We plan to follow a standard school calendar. That means a school year with public holidays, seasonal breaks, and summer off. It keeps things easy if you have other kids in school.

For our younger learners, learning happens during the school day, so there's no formal homework. Our current thinking is to introduce a small amount around 4th and 5th grade, as kids get ready for what comes next. Because we follow each kid's needs, this may shift. If a kid could use a little extra support, we'll work with you on simple, playful ways to practice at home.

MeadowLab is built on the belief that kids thrive when their whole community is invested in their growth. We want you at our gatherings, part of our community conversations, and in the loop as the program grows. Founding families also help build the school alongside us.

There's no set path. Most families start by joining our interest list or coming to a playdate or Parents' Circle, and after their first gathering, many join our WhatsApp community to stay in touch. Come to as many gatherings as you like, and if you'd ever like to talk one-on-one, we're always happy to set up a call.
Enrollment opens in Spring 2027, and we'll share the details with everyone on the interest list first.
